Wang Lijun Visits Kenyan President William Samoei Ruto

On March 25, CBRC President Wang Lijun went to Kenya for business activities and visited Kenyan President William Samoei Ruto.

Ruto met with Wang Lijun in the Office of the President. He highly appreciated CRBC’s constructive efforts in Kenya’s key sectors such as infrastructure, new energy, secure housing, and food security, and made deployment on the implementation of relevant key projects. Ruto emphasized the strong collaborative partnership between the Kenyan government and CRBC, expressing his hope that CRBC can continue to expand its presence in Kenya and contribute to local socioeconomic development.

Wang Lijun expressed his gratitude to President Ruto for the continuous trust and support extended to CRBC and provided an overview of CRBC’s business development in Kenya. He highlighted that CRBC is committed to leveraging its full industry chain advantages in infrastructure, pursuing long-term development in the Kenyan market, and partnering with the Kenyan government to build a brighter future within the framework of the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.
